Our newest bargaining unit, MEA Tutors, ratified their first contract on March 12th! They hadn’t had a wage increase in a decade and were allowed one sick day. Now, they are receiving 3% over the next two years (more for those with 7+ years), up to 12 sick days, and 4 paid holidays, and all the legal protections a union provides.
